Important information

Disabled Access Parking Those holding a blue disability badge are required to pay £5 for car parking. When a guest displays a blue disability badge, they can park in the disabled area of the car park, next to the Admissions area on a first come, first served basis.

Tickets Disabled Guests are entitled to a free helper ticket. Please book Standard/Concession ticket as appropriate and bring proof of entitlement to the Advanced Ticket Collection Building in order to be issued a free helper ticket.

Ride Access Passes Disabled guests who are unable to queue may be eligible for a Ride Access Pass for themselves and up to one helper. The wristband given will allow the disabled person and the helper to bypass the queuing system usually via the exit or designated entrance designed for ease of access. Proof of entitlement will be required before the Ride Access Passes are given. Such proof includes: Documentary evidence in the form of a letter from a GP or hospital consultant, which details reasons that the guest is unable to queue. Please note this must be seen by THORPE PARK Resort every year, and this is different documentation to that required for admission to the Resort. In certain situations (such as extreme weather conditions, mechanical problems or power interruptions) it may be necessary for guests to be evacuated from the rides, possibly from the highest point. We ask that any helpers are a minimum of 14 years old, and physically able to assist in the event of an evacuation. We can advise but it will always be up to the individual guest to decide whether or not they should ride.

Height guidance Under 1.2m go for free. Please request ticket for anyone under 1.2m at point of entry.

Staines Road, Chertsey, Surrey - Outer London, United Kingdom, KT16 8PN

Entrance

Main entrance on Staines Road

Directions

We're just 20 miles from Central London, with plenty of transport links between Junctions 11 and 13 of the M25 (but for reasons unknown to us, you can't get here from J12).

With our postcode, some Sat Navs aren’t so savvy and may lead you to Norlands Lane so keep a lookout for the big coaster track over our main entrance on Staines Road.

By Car

From the M25 take junctions 11 or 13* and follow A320 to THORPE PARK.

By Train

Regular South Western Trains run from Waterloo direct to Staines, which is the recommended railway station for travelling to THORPE PARK Resort.

Approximately 5 trains run per hour to and from London Waterloo, with a journey time of between 30 to 50 minutes. Staines can also be reached directly via other mainline stations:

Reading: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 46 minutes, and a less frequent service running on Sundays.

Weybridge: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 29 minutes, and a less frequent service running on Sundays with 1 train every hour.

Windsor & Eton Riverside: Trains run approximately every 30 minutes with a journey time of 14 minutes.

From Staines Railway station The 950 Express Bus then operates to THORPE PARK Resort running every 15-20 minutes - details of which can be found in the Bus section below.

By Bus

The 950 bus service provides a frequent, fast shuttle service between Staines rail and bus stations and THORPE PARK Resort when the park is open.

The 950 bus departs from Stop 4 at Staines Bus Station and Stop S outside the ticket office at the rail station.
